    Resepi Almond London Bridge



    Bahan A

    220 gram mentega
    100 gram marjerin
    1/8 sudu kecil esen vanilla
    Secubit garam
    120 gram gula aising

    Bahan B (ayak)

    350 gram tepung gandum
    30 gram tepung ubi
    50 gram tepung jagung
    30 gram tepung kentang
    3 sudu besar susu tepung
    1/8 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
    1/8 sudu kecil emplek

    Bahan C

    300 gram badam

    Bahan hiasan

    Mangkuk kertas
    Coklat cip kuning
    Coklat masakan

    Penyediaan

    Putarkan bahan A hingga sebati.
    Ayak bahan B dan masukkan ke dalam adunan A.
    Gaul hingga sebati.
    Rehatkan doh selama 20 minit.
    Bakar badam hingga masak.
    Bulat-bulatkan doh dan masukkan badam di tengah-tengahnya.
    Bentukkan memanjang.
    Bakar hingga masak dan sejukkan.
    Panaskan coklat masakan secara double boiler.
    Celup biskut yang telah di masak ke dalam coklat dan letakkan ke dalam mangkuk kertas.
    Tabur coklat cip kuning di atasnya.

    4. Susu pekat manis - 1 tin kecil

    Cara-cara

    1. Sediakan loyang yang dialas plastik bersih supaya kek tidak melekat dan senang diangkat

    2. Cairkan butter dalam kuali atas api yang kecil sekali

    3. Setelah cair masukkan susu,milo sedikit demi sedikit gaul sehingga milonya hancur

    4. Seterusnya masukkan serbuk koko

    5. Gaul tanpa henti sehingga halus.

    6. Setelah pekat, susun biskut marie di dalam loyang sehingga menutupi permukaan dasar

    7. Masukkan coklat dan ratakan ke dalam loyang tersebut 

    8. Susun lagi biskut marie dan lapiskan dengan adunan coklat.

    9. Ulangi langkah  6, 7 dan 8 sehingga adunan habis

    10. Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk

    Cara-cara membuat

    1. Masukkan mentega ke dalam kuali

    2. kacau mentega dengan perlahan dengan api yang kecil

    3. Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul

    4. Masukkan vico, nestum, susu manis ke dalam kuali

    5. Kacau selama 10-20 minit

    6. Masukkan roti marie coklat yang dipatahkan empat atau dua dan kacau hingga rata

    7. Masukkan ke dalam acuan dan ratakan

    8. Masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk

    Synopsis:
      
    Seok-ho Kang (Kim Soo Ro) is a lawyer and former bike gang member. 
    He then takes a position to revive a third rate high school named "Byeong-Mun High School". 
    To revive the school, Seok-ho Kang needs his students to become accepted into prestigious universities. Because of this, Seok-ho Kang starts a special class and becomes the teacher for that class. 
    Seok-ho Kang takes students, who have bad scores, and guides them to improve not only their scores but their outlook on life. 
    One such student is Baek-hyeon Hwang (Yu Seung-Ho) a defiant and headstrong student who is similar to Seok-ho Kang at that age.
    Their strong personalities causes them to have clashes, but gradually, Baek-hyeon Hwang opens up to Seok-ho's teaching methods and eventually becomes the best student in the class.

    A Natural Moisturizer


    The skin’s ability to stay hydrated is an important factor in its ability to maintain softness, suppleness and elasticity. As skin ages, or as it is exposed to environmental stresses and chemical agents, it loses this ability to retain water, becomes dry and appears wrinkled. Honey is a humectant, which means it attracts and retains water. So honey is a natural fit for a variety of moisturizing products including cleansers, creams, shampoos and conditioners. Because honey is also an anti-irritant, it is suitable for sensitive skin and baby care products.



    Skin Softening Bath


    Add ¼ cup honey to bath water for a fragrant, silky bath.



    Hair Shine


    Stir 1 teaspoon honey into 4 cups (1 quart) warm water. Blondes may wish to add a squeeze of lemon. After shampooing, pour mixture through hair. Do not rinse out. Dry as normal.



    Alpha Hydroxy Acids


    Research is currently underway to develop a process using honey to create alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). AHAs are an important ingredient in many skin creams and moisturizers because they help exfoliate the skin. Increased exfoliation, or renewal of the skin cells, gives skin a younger, more vibrant look. Exfoliation can also cause skin irritation so honey’s natural moisturizing ability makes it a perfect fit for AHA products.



    Moisture Mask

    Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 teaspoons milk. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.


    Smoothing Skin Lotion


    Mix 1 teaspoon honey with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and ¼ teaspoon lemon. Rub into hands, elbows, heels and anywhere that feels dry. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with water.


    Antioxidants

    Preliminary studies have also revealed that honey has significant natural antioxidant properties. Antioxidants play a role in protecting the skin from the damage of UV rays and in aiding in skin rejuvenation. Prolonged exposure to the sun’s UV radiation can cause skin damage, premature aging and even skin cancer. Because chemical and physical barrier sunscreens can cause skin irritation, companies are researching the use of antioxidants, anti-irritants and moisturizers in their sun care products. The natural properties of honey make it ideal for these products. Look for honey to appear in the ingredient statements of more and more cosmetics, sunscreens and skin care products.



    Honey Cleansing Scrub

    Mix 1 tablespoon honey with 2 tablespoons finely ground almonds and ½ teaspoon lemon juice. Rub gently onto face. Rinse off with warm water.


    Firming Face Mask


    Whisk together 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin and enough flour to form a paste. (Approximately ¼ cup). Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
